under direct supervision of the general product supervisor for finished and reprocessed products, plant 3. Responsible for ensuring compliance with the production plan and coordinating a group of operators to meet the production schedule.
responsibilities
* prepare daily reports of activities in the second‑fire furnace zone.
* track all generated work orders.
* supervise and establish daily work activities for operators, monitor performance, provide feedback and training to meet production targets.
* oversee all operators under responsibility.
* analyze and develop new work techniques to improve quality.
* coordinate operator vacations in accordance with program requirements.
* prepare reports, work on special projects, and perform other tasks as assigned by supervision.
* compliance with defined roles and responsibilities of safety and health.
* comply with all iso 9001:2015 management system requirements.
qualifications
* education: bachelor’s degree or technical degree preferred.
* 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably a large plant and a similar position.
* practical knowledge of microsoft windows based software applications.
