key responsibilities:
reservations and customer service:
manage all inquiries and reservations for the yacht charter, ensuring a seamless booking process.
provide personalized service to clients, offering tailored recommendations based on their preferences.
coordinate with clients to confirm itineraries, special requests, and any necessary arrangements.
maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely communication with clients.
sales and marketing:
develop and execute a sales strategy to attract local and international clients.
build relationships with yacht brokers, travel agencies, and luxury concierge services.
create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and social media campaigns.
plan and attend networking events, trade shows, and promotional activities to represent the yacht.
monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales and marketing strategies.
collaboration:
work closely with the yacht captain, crew, and operations team to ensure smooth execution of charters.
partner with the management team to develop promotional packages and pricing strategies.
qualifications:
proven experience in sales, marketing, or reservations, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel, or yacht charters.
strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
familiarity with the luxury travel market and understanding of client expectations.
proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management and email campaigns.
fluent in english; spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
