must have:
* strong experience with drupal versions, drupal 9, 10, 11
* proficiency in drupal custom development, modules, themes, configurations
* advanced knowledge of php and modern drupal coding standards
* experience with pantheon platform administration and environment workflows
* strong understanding of ci/cd practices, pipelines, release management
* experience integrating drupal with external systems and apis
* knowledge of content modeling, views, taxonomies, workflows, governance, permissions
* experience supporting multilingual and multi‐site drupal environments
* strong troubleshooting skills for performance, stability, and environment issues
* ability to mentor and guide drupal developers, enforcing best practices
* strong architectural and solution‐review capabilities
* excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and requirement translation
responsibilities:
* design, develop, and maintain custom drupal modules, themes, and configurations
* ensure secure, performant, scalable drupal implementations aligned with best practices
* provide architectural guidance and conduct code and solution reviews
* oversee support and maintenance activities, incident resolution, root‐cause analysis
* apply security updates, patches, and ensure platform stability in production environments
* plan and lead drupal core and module upgrades, drupal 9 → 10 → 11
* drive content and data migrations from legacy platforms, older drupal versions, wordpress
* design and implement integrations with external systems and apis, ensuring robust error handling
* configure content models, views, taxonomies, workflows, governance, permissions
* enable scalable editorial experiences, including multilingual and multi‐site needs
* collaborate with pantheon admins and devops on hosting, deployments, environment management
* contribute to ci/cd processes, release planning, deployment validation
* troubleshoot issues related to environments, performance, and platform tooling
* translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions
* communicate technical decisions, risks, and trade‐offs to stakeholders
* support planning, estimation, and roadmap activities
* mentor drupal developers and promote consistent engineering standards
