*what youll be doing*- publish and promote vacancies on naranti careers and other recruitment platforms.
- screen cvs and conduct initial interviews (competency-based + cultural fit).
- coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- administer and follow up on psychometric/technical tests.
- manage onboarding logistics: documentation, induction sessions, welcome kits.
- maintain and nurture the talent pool for future openings.
- prepare and deliver recruitment reports and kpis (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
*what were looking for*- bachelors degree in psychology, human resources, or a related field.
- * 2 - 5 years* of experience in recruitment and selection.
- strong knowledge of competency-based interviewing, ats platforms, and job boards.
- excellent communication and organizational skills.
- valid drivers license and ability to drive (occasional travel required).
