Job objective:
lead the research, integration, and implementation of innovative technologies in manufacturing processes to reduce costs, increase production capacity, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all plants of the division.
main responsibilities:
* lead projects in automation, robotics, and industrial artificial intelligence.
* design and implement efficient manufacturing processes that guarantee quality, safety, and committed costs.
* evaluate and integrate new technologies, suppliers, and automated machinery.
* collaborate with key areas (r&d, engineering, operations, product, and external suppliers) to drive strategic projects.
* manage complex problem-solving using statistical analysis, lean, six sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and plant organization culture.
* implement projects across plants in mexico and the u.s.
requirements:
requirements:
* bachelor’s degree in mechatronics, electronics, automation, robotics, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing and automation.
* strong knowledge in: plc, scada, hmi, industrial robotics, and ai applied to processes.
* proven experience managing technology projects (from concept to implementation).
* advanced english (mandatory).
* preferred: certifications in lean six sigma, pmp, or similar.
