responsibilities
lead & empower: guide a talented sales team, driving growth and smashing goals in alignment with our company vision.
strategic expansion: research, develop, and penetrate new markets—expanding sales with existing and potential customers.
relationship builder: manage key global oem accounts and collaborate with external manufacturer's rep firms to amplify our reach.
technical expert: become the go-to resource for customer applications, communicating how our solutions deliver value through service, quality, and competitive pricing.
customer champion: connect with customers via phone, email, and in-person visits—showcasing our ability to exceed their expectations.
data-driven: use crm tools to track opportunities, respond quickly to inquiries, and ensure every quote is spot-on.
marketing partner: help craft newsletters, technical bulletins, and email campaigns that highlight our capabilities.
qualifications
10+ years of technical sales experience with direct account management (required)
5+ years in sales management (required)
bachelor's in engineering or equivalent experience (strongly preferred)
industry experience in electrical, electronic, aerospace, or plastics/composites
fluent business english (advanced)
exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
