accountabilities
* manage the full-cycle recruitment process for it and technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
* build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals
* lead and mentor the it talent acquisition team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
* conduct direct sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping to identify top-tier candidates globally
* oversee candidate experience and ensure a smooth, professional recruitment journey
* contribute to hr initiatives and projects, supporting broader organizational talent strategies
requirements
* minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in an international hiring environment
* proven track record in recruiting for technical roles, with expertise in sourcing and headhunting techniques
* experience or familiarity with hiring in ai, ml, or nlp domains is a strong advantage
* strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders
* fluency in russian (native or near-native) and strong english proficiency (b2 or higher)
* excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and fully remote environment
