Key attributesability to work on own initiative (being proactive).self initiative.sense of urgency.actively seeks out tasks that help develop skills and knowledge of team members.flexible and adaptable approach to problem solving.actively encourage strong working relationships with other teams.preferred skillsfluent in english: conversation and writingnegotiation & coaching skillsaptitude for quickly learning technical and procedural topicsstrong analytical and organizational skillsself-starter and pro-activeself-motivated and works well under pressure.excellent team-working skills, stress resistantwork independently, keep own competence and skills up to datedeep understanding and experience of network monitoring concepts and management tools.capable of multi-tasking, good time management and prioritization of workloadin this role, you will be responsible for:supervising the real-time operational activities of the noc’sleading a team of professionalsmaintain a service orientated environment focused on prediction, detection, and resolution of issuesmotivate and coach staff, facilitate employee skill development and coordinate noc work schedules and assignments, & making sure that everything is done in time and properly according to sla and service delivery expectation.ensure fast fault isolation and support escalations accordingly, assume accountability for the operations effectiveness of the nocdefine key performance indicators, driving the pbc and career planning process for all employees within own team.train staff on daily functions; i.e. monitoring network equipment and systems, documenting network events, taking corrective action in response to alarms, performing network and system configuration changes, provide assistance to field support technicians and customer problem management teamacting as the noc primary contact for vendors, service providers, partners and internal support teamsfull accountability for all activities performed during the shift at nocknowledge of huawei's existing and future product/services portfolio,minimum qualifications & experience requirementadvanced diploma or higher in telecommunications, engineering or management5 or more years experience proving customer support, performing network maintenance, monitoring and/or configurationprior supervisory/management experience preferably in noc or similar technical support organizationsdemonstrated ability to lead, direct and develop technical teams in noc activities and supervise effective operational business processesworking knowledge of bts, node b and rf communications from different vendors and ip networks.strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical information
