Role Overview: Are you someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys making a meaningful impact from the very first conversation? As a Legal Intake Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—listening, guiding, and helping them take the next step. You’ll play a key part in ensuring no opportunity is missed by following up, scheduling consultations, and keeping everything organized in the CRM. If you’re detail-oriented, speak Spanish fluently, and love being part of a collaborative team, this position will feel like home.
Schedule
Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Managing high-volume intake calls and reducing missed opportunities
- Vetting and qualifying callers for consultation
- Following up with potential clients via phone
- Scheduling consultations and coordinating calendars
- Accurately inputting client information into the CRM system
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and team members
What We're Looking For:
- At least one year of experience in client intake or customer service
- Legal knowledge or background preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with CRM data entry and management, Call handling and follow-up, Scheduling and coordination
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Empathetic and client-focused
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
