Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end design and delivery of enterprise‑grade, data‑driven SaaS solutions across software, data, and infrastructure layers.
Set technical direction, raise engineering quality, and ship secure, scalable distributed systems in a regulated environment.
- What To Expect In This Role (Responsibilities)
We are looking for Engineering Lead – Fullstack Platforms to join our team and help design, build, and scale modern distributed applications.
- You’ll contribute to both backend and frontend development, collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, and participate in technical decision‑making.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in backend or fullstack development (Go, Python, React — knowledge of at least two).
- 3+ years working with AWS or another major cloud provider.
- 3+ years building microservices and distributed systems.
- 3+ years with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows.
- 3+ years designing and consuming REST APIs and data processing workflows.
- 3+ years working on SaaS platforms or enterprise‑grade systems.
- Hands‑on experience with data science tools (NumPy, SciPy, Jupyter).
- Advanced English level (written and spoken).
- Availability to collaborate with teams in Eastern Time (ET).
Nice to Have (Qualifications)
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector).
- Experience with observability (logs/metrics/tracing), security standards, and compliance workflows.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance considerations.
