the role: as a
senior business development manager
at
group‑ib, you will be a key member of our latam sales team, driving sales strategies, meeting revenue targets and building client relationships. You will lead sales teams, develop sales plans and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves prospecting, negotiating deals and potentially managing a sales team, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

qualifications
experience:
10+ years of proven experience in sales, primarily in cybersecurity and selling in mexico and the caribbean.
language:
fluency in spanish and english is a must.
leadership:

effectively conveying information, building rapport and negotiating.
strategic thinking:
developing and implementing effective sales plans.
