the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting on-site installation supervision, overseeing construction units, and communicating with external stakeholders.assist the installation manager in on-site installation supervision, ensuring that all installation activities are carried out safely and efficiently.oversee and manage construction units under the installation manager's guidance, providing support and resources as needed.communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and customers, to ensure smooth project execution.support signal and communication (sigtelcom) and integrated supervisory control system (iscs) commissioning engineers during commissioning activities, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly.liaise with sistema de tren eléctrico urbano (siteur), the china railway rolling stock corporation (crrc hong kong), and other stakeholders regarding construction work applications, providing updates and progress reports as required.assist the supervisor in conducting on-site witnessing and signing relevant reports, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.key responsibilities:conduct on-site installation supervision and oversee construction units.communicate with external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and customers.support signal and communication (sigtelcom) and integrated supervisory control system (iscs) commissioning engineers during commissioning activities.liaise with stakeholders regarding construction work applications.maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.requirements:bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, electronic technology, electric engineering, automation, or related fields.advanced english language skills.recent graduates or candidates with 1+ years of experience in urban rail signaling, communications, or iscs.familiarity with safety-related standards and strong understanding of safety risk management.desirable skills:strong communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, professionalism, and high sense of responsibility.ability to handle pressure and willingness to take responsibility.willingness to work overtime when necessary.location: guadalajara, mexico, plaza del sol key.
