Job description:
the manager, marketing plays a pivotal role in supporting global marketing and the i prefer hotel rewards program, focusing on the latin american market. This position interprets the global marketing strategy, develops plans, and implements tactics to drive room nights and revenue into member hotels.
primary responsibilities include:
* b2b and b2c engagement across digital and offline channels
* implementation, management, and tracking of promotions and marketing campaigns
* building and executing tactics to educate hotels in the i prefer program and benefits, and encourage their support of the program on-property
organizational relationship:
under the general supervision of the global director, marketing and the senior director, loyalty marketing & insights, the manager works closely with all marketing and communications disciplines, regional executive vice presidents and directors, revenue management, sales, and customer service.
