Sales floor director legal intake & closing teambrigante law group — mexico-based operationsbrigante law group is looking for a highly experienced, fully bilingual sales floor director to lead our legal intake and closing team in mexico.this is a senior leadership role for someone who has already managed salespeople in a high-pressure environment and knows how to drive performance through daily execution, coaching, accountability, and strong operational control.we are looking for someone who is comfortable being close to the team, close to the numbers, and close to the calls.the right person will know what is happening on the sales floor throughout the day.
they will understand which leads are being contacted, which consultations are moving forward, which closers need support, where follow-up is weak, and what needs to be corrected before the day is lost.this role requires strong sales instincts, clear communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead a team firmly without creating a toxic environment.because this is legal services, the sales process must be persuasive, structured, and urgent, while always remaining ethical, professional, and respectful.about the roleyou will be responsible for the daily performance of the intake and closing team.this includes lead response, consultations, follow-up, closing performance, payment collection, conversion rates, call quality, crm usage, team training, and individual accountability.you will be expected to work closely with the sales team, review calls, identify performance gaps, improve scripts and processes, and make sure every qualified client receives a professional and effective consultation.the goal is to build a sales floor that is disciplined, measurable, ethical, and consistent.key responsibilitiessales floor leadershiplead the intake and closing team with clear expectations, strong daily structure, and consistent accountability.stay connected to what is happening on the floor throughout the day, including lead handling, consultation quality, follow-up activity, payment collection, and individual rep performance.make sure qualified leads are contacted quickly and worked properly.ensure every consultation follows a clear structure and gives the client confidence in the firm, the legal process, and the next step.support the team during difficult situations and step in when leadership is needed.create a culture where salespeople understand their numbers, take ownership of their pipeline, and improve consistently.sales training & call coachingreview live and recorded calls regularly.coach salespeople on tone, control, questioning, urgency, emotional intelligence, financial conversations, objection handling, and closing.identify where reps are losing clients and help them correct the issue with practical, direct feedback.improve scripts, call flows, rebuttals, follow-up messages, and closing frameworks.train the team using real examples from actual calls and consultations.make sure the team sells with confidence and conviction while protecting the reputation of the firm.daily metrics & performance managementtrack sales performance throughout the day.monitor key metrics including speed-to-lead, contact rate, consultation show rate, pitch rate, close rate, payment collection, follow-up activity, revenue, and individual rep performance.use the numbers to identify problems quickly and take action before they affect the week or month.run daily sales meetings, coaching sessions, performance reviews, and accountability check-ins.make sure reporting is accurate and that the crm reflects what is actually happening.follow-up & pipeline controlstrengthen follow-up systems so no qualified lead is forgotten, abandoned, or poorly handled.audit lead status, notes, next steps, call attempts, messages, and payment follow-up.make sure each salesperson understands exactly who they are responsible for and what action is required.improve lead distribution, follow-up cadence, and pipeline visibility.process improvementcontinuously improve how the sales department operates.strengthen crm usage, reporting, scripts, lead response, call quality, payment collection, follow-up, and team structure.build simple, repeatable systems that create consistency across the team.identify bottlenecks, weak points, and missed opportunities, then create practical solutions that improve performance.what we are looking forwe are looking for someone who has directly managed salespeople before and understands what it takes to lead a performance-driven team.the ideal candidate has experience in a call center, legal intake department, immigration services, financial services, insurance, debt resolution, timeshare, real estate sales, collections, telecom sales, or another high-pressure sales environment.you should be comfortable managing both people and numbers.
you need to understand sales behavior, not just sales reports.you should be able to listen to a call and quickly identify what went wrong, what was missed, and what the salesperson needs to improve.you should be organized, commercially sharp, emotionally intelligent, and strong enough to hold people accountable in a professional way.required experienceprevious experience directly managing a sales team.experience managing a phone-based sales team, call center, intake team, or closing team is strongly preferred.experience reviewing calls and coaching salespeople.experience managing daily sales kpis and individual rep performance.experience improving scripts, call flows, objection handling, or follow-up systems.experience using crm systems, dashboards, reporting tools, and pipeline management.excellent english, both written and spoken.spanish is highly valuable, especially for managing a bilingual team.ideal candidate profilethe ideal candidate is hands-on, focused, and highly aware of what is happening in the operation.they do not wait until the end of the month to discover a problem.they can manage pressure, make decisions quickly, and bring structure to a fast-moving sales environment.they know how to coach salespeople without embarrassing them, correct weak performance without creating drama, and build accountability without killing morale.they are commercially aggressive, but professionally responsible.they understand that in legal services, trust matters.
clients must feel guided, respected, and confident — not pushed.compensationstarting salary: 100,000 mxn per month.additional generous performance-based compensation considered for the right candidate based on experience, results, and leadership impact.
