- assist customers with webshop registration and login support requests
- investigate webshop related customer issues, troubleshoot and effectively resolve
- coordinate resolution of webshop issues by partnering with it and other teams, with timely escalations to ensure that issues are efficiently addressed
- demonstrate the features and functions of our webshop and customer portal
- verify accuracy of online product content
- analyze sales data from various digital channels and generate insightful reports
- collect and analyze key performance indicators to support process improvements including google / adobe analytics
must have
- advanced english
- education: bachelor's degree (business, marketing, chemistry, chemical engineering or related science preferred) it background
- excellent customer service, phone, and communication skills (mainly internal) in some cases they have contact with external customers.
- advanced knowledge of microsoft office suite, with heavy emphasis on excel
- superior organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- sap skills to find information related to products
