As an it business analyst specialist, you will be a member of the global technical support team within procurement it organization for ppg's. You will work with procurement users globally, address and resolve user issues and implement quality improvement processes
*main responsibilities.*
- provide support to epro and related tools in procurement it organization. The support in epro involves troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets and perform it audit.
- understanding of how it affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes.
- good technical knowledge and able to translate complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business.
- assimilate assigned different department's products and process experience in gathering requirements, functional design, testing and working with business processes.
*qualifications.*
- bachelor's degree in information systems management, computer science, engineering, chemistry, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- +3 years of experience in it or a role in business analyst or an it consultant
- background working in an erp environment (sap/oracle)
- sql knowledge.
- advanced english skills.
