* visual inspection of the general conditions of the manufacturing when received at the plant.
* dimensional inspection of the materials received according to the applicable drawings defined by the engineering area (bases, stools, columns, heads, etc.).
* preparation and distribution of non-conforming product and rejection reports.
* control and disposition of accepted, non-conforming and rejected materials after dimensional inspection.
additional activity
* control and organization of photographic and documentary evidence of the state of reception of the material.
* inspection, validation and control of quality compliance documents (cmtr, reports, etc.) in accordance with applicable specifications and standards.
* preparation and control of quality compliance documents (itp, reports, certificates of conformity, etc.) in accordance with the scope of the projects.
* preparation, distribution and control of non-conforming product and rejection reports.
* control and organization of photographic and documentary evidence of the manufacturing process of the different projects.
responsibilities
* clean, organize and store the tools / equipment / instruments used during your work day, leaving a clean work area according to the order and cleanliness standard (6s).
* carry out one security observation per month and propose an action to improve or solve the observation.
* take care of your safety and that of your colleagues when carrying out safe maneuvers with equipment of any size.
* at all times, follow up on your assigned workload and report any questions/anomalies/discrepancies to your immediate supervisor.
* is responsible for physically carrying the pump from its assembly area to the testing area, maintaining order at all times.
requisitos del puesto
education: industrial engineering or related, recent graduate with knowledge in metrology, drawing, and core tools.
