Trainee for maintenance engineering:
- last/final semester university students (7th, 8th, 9th and 10th)
- school health insurance
- availability to work on site 25 hours per week
- english professional level
- bs in engineering (or equivalent on mechatronics, robotics, electronics, computer science related)
- strong knowledge on software and hardware for automation engineering (siemens, ab, rockwell, abb, fanuc)
- strong knowledge on programing languajes (c, c++, javascript, sql)
- excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment.excellent organization and coordination skills with ability to own the leadership and schedule with a track record of delivering projects on-time.

- develop and deploy analytical and digitalization tools for determine equipment reliability and process digitalization for maintenance engineering (dashboards, workflows, devops, task automation)
- ensure all systemic maintenance process are followed on major equipment, learning from maintenance engineers and document processes using value stream mapping.
- identify thru preventive maintenance optimization the best practices on maintenance & reliability and coordinate the precision maintenance strategy for critical equipment (on time, on cycle, no over-maintenance)
- help to develop maintenance cost per unit, analyzing mro data and conduct actions for determine corrective actions and early planning on opex.
- coordinate the manufacturing on 3d printing/ additive for alternative critical spares replacement with other ford facilities.
