Key responsibilities
full-cycle us recruitment: lead the end-to-end hiring process for us-based corporate roles.
Strategic sourcing: utilize advanced boolean strings and linkedin recruiter to find top-tier talent in the us market.
Internal profiling: manage recruitment for internal corporate positions, aligning technical skills with the brand’s unique culture.
Stakeholder management: act as a strategic consultant for us-based hiring managers, providing market data and talent insights.
Communication: maintain flawless verbal and written communication in english across all platforms.
Required qualifications
market experience: 2–3 years of proven experience recruiting specifically for the us market.
Profile expertise: strong background in hiring corporate profiles (finance, marketing, hr).
Language proficiency: advanced english. You must be comfortable leading complex conversations and negotiations in english.
Communication skills: exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders at a global level.
