demonstrated passion for process automation and continuous improvement.strong analytical skills and comfort with financial data reconciliation.bilingual fluency in english and spanish; portuguese is a plus.what makes you stand outexperience with automation tools (make.com, zapier, power automate, or similar).
background implementing or optimizing systems.exposure to audit and compliance requirements.project management or business analysis experience.advanced excel skills and familiarity with bi tools.experience in tech, media, or entertainment industries.basic qualificationsknowledge of microsoft office applications including word and excel.experience using english communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels.bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field + 3 yoe previously in financial analysis.preferred qualificationsexperience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service.speak, write, and read fluently in spanish.speak, write, and read fluently in portuguese.experience with any of these tools: monday.com, asana, jira, airtable.
