As key account manager, you will develop the commercial strategy of the segment or accounts in charge, ensuring a profitable business model, adapting to market conditions and complying with the established sales plan.

*key responsibilities*
- establish profitable growth strategy for the segment by developing new business.
- implement the value selling process with strategic customers.
- ensure that standardized service is provided (frequency of visits, reporting, lab tests and service surveys).
- manage customer complaints minimizing charges arising from supply failures and quality issues.
- maintain updated information in the crm system (ms dynamics).
- review the monthly and annual sales budget (forecast).
- coordinate the launching of new products in the customers' lines following the secure launch procedure.
- ensure profitability of assigned customers (price increases, invoicing, inventories, product localization and substitution to improve pc).
*qualifications*
- engineering degree.
- segment knowledge/business intelligence, database construction and management, commercial, development of high-level customer relationships, project and sales management, knowledge of the value selling method.
- + 3 years management and technical knowledge of e-coat products, powder & liquid paint (solvent & water based) and chemical pre-treatment.
- quality systems iso, lean, six sigma, core tools (ppap, amef, control plan and statistical process control).
- fluent english.
