- give support in the job descriptions standardization.
- have regular meetings with colleagues from germany.
- support in the blueprint implementation within latam sites.
- assure the new positions and organizational structures are correct.
- act as a hr business partner between mexico and germany.
- give support to the hiring managers within the creation of the pbdas needed.
