we are in search of a senior business analyst with a proven track record in analyzing complex business processes, understanding organizational challenges, and devising innovative solutions.
the role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, elicit requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.

- responsibilities:
- work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, lead requirements gathering sessions, document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
- analyze data sets and trends to identify areas for improvement or optimization in business processes.
- identify inefficiencies in current business processes and propose solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- develop and present recommendations for improvements or solutions to stakeholders and management.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
- assist in testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to suggest innovative solutions for business challenges.
- communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- forecast the impact of each initiative on key metrics and performance indicators and prioritize tasks according to business goals.
- move across various business units and locations to effectively execute the broad range of initiatives active at any time.
- bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in a senior or leader role.
- expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., sql, excel, tableau) and techniques.
- proficiency in process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., visio, lucidchart).
- proficiency in shared online document software (e.g., microsoft word, google docs).
- exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- strong understanding of agile/scrum methodologies.
- ability to create detailed and accurate project, report, and procedural documentation for all levels of users—from the c-suite to the factory operator.
- bilingual (spanish and english)
- strong english verbal, writing, and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- certification in business analysis (e.g., cbap) is a bonus.
