as a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that hr objectives are met through the correct application of established policies, procedures, and systems.responsibilities:- staff management: coordinate the efforts of staff under your supervision to achieve objectives and goals.
- kpi monitoring: manage and ensure the monitoring of departmental kpis such as turnover and absenteeism.
- staffing and personnel: maintain staffing levels within the authorized range, as well as track personnel changes.
- employee services: ensure the provision of various employee services, including transportation and the cafeteria.
- compliance and payment: ensure compliance with applicable rules and policies, and accurate and timely payment to all company personnel.
- training and development: develop training plans and programs for staff development.requirements:- 5-7 years of experience as a human resources superintendent.
- 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- knowledge of iatf *.- motivation and recognition systems.
- knowledge of labor laws and imss (mexican social security institute).
- knowledge of nom 035 (mexican official standard 035).
