About the role
we are currently looking to add a dynamic and talented senior qa automation engineer to our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading small accessibility-focused qa teams (2–3 members) and delivering high-quality results across multiple sub-products in an agile environment.
responsibilities
* lead and mentor a small qa team (2–3 members) working across multiple sub-products.
* define and implement accessibility testing strategies and best practices.
* perform hands-on accessibility testing using tools such as axe devtools, arc toolkit, nvda, color contrast analyzer, and accessibility insights for web.
* develop and maintain automated accessibility tests using axe devtools, playwright, java, and python.
* collaborate closely with accessibility owners, clients, engineering managers, and development teams.
* ensure in-sprint qa delivery in alignment with agile methodologies and ceremonies.
* manage test cases, defects, and traceability using jira and confluence.
* promote accessibility awareness and engagement across teams.
requirements
* proven experience leading small accessibility-focused qa teams.
* strong background in agile qa methodologies and in-sprint testing models.
* hands-on expertise in accessibility testing tools (axe devtools, arc toolkit, nvda, etc.).
* experience in accessibility automation with java, playwright, and python.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* familiarity with the automotive domain is a plus.
* proficiency in jira and confluence.
* fluent english (b2–c1).
