certifications
at least 2 certifications:
• salesforce certified administrator (mandatory)
• salesforce certified business analyst (strongly preferred)
• salesforce advanced administrator or platform app builder (nice to have)
experience
4+ years hands-on experience
4+ years of experience as salesforce business analyst in enterprise implementations.
Lead requirement gathering workshops (jad sessions, stakeholder interviews, process mapping).
Strong knowledge of salesforce capabilities across sales cloud, service cloud, and experience cloud.
Experience defining complex user stories, business process flows, and solution design documentation.
Ability to perform gap analysis and recommend scalable salesforce solutions.
Experience supporting integrations (understanding apis, middleware concepts – functional perspective).
Lead uat cycles, manage backlog prioritization, and work closely with product owners.
Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication in english & spanish.
Ability to mentor junior bas.
