SAP HCM Professional
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a SAP HCM professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP HCM systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong SAP experience: We are looking for individuals with extensive experience in SAP HCM configuration, preferably with hands-on experience in Mexican Payroll.
- Organizational Management: You should have strong organizational management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Personnel Administration: Experience in personnel administration, including recruitment, training, and employee development, is highly desirable.
- Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service: Familiarity with portal and related functionalities, such as creating and managing user profiles, setting up permissions, and configuring workflow processes.
- HR Fiori custom applications: Experience in designing and developing HR Fiori custom applications, including front-end design and back-end service approaches.
- Compensation: Knowledge of compensation structures, including salary scales, benefits, and performance-based incentives.
- Basics of Benefits and Administration: Understanding of basic benefits and administration concepts, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies.
- Basics of Time Management and Payroll: Familiarity with time management and payroll systems, including processing payrolls, calculating taxes, and managing benefits.
- SuccessFactors support: Experience in supporting SuccessFactors implementations, including data migration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Payroll Interfaces and FI Integration: Knowledge of payroll interfaces and FI integration, including building interfaces to support data transfer to and from multiple vendors.
- Building Interfaces: Ability to create Training Materials and User Guides. Well-versed with tools like ABAP Query, and LSMW.
- Functional Specifications: Conversant with preparation of Functional Specifications for ABAP developments which includes objects like Reports, User Exits, Layouts and other Functional enhancements/Interfaces etc.
