the plant program/ launch team member is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing programs at your plant. Its work starts from the end of the project acquisition (end of phase 1) until 6 months after the sop.
implements the apqp for the management of new programs complying with the procedures
coordinates the assigned tasks of the program and ensures their fulfillment, through the use of a schedule of activities. Manage the program's budget (launch cost). In agreement with the program manager, it is a technical interface with customers and suppliers.
