primary responsibilities
* be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of twenty salaried and technologists from our methods groups.
* assume all hr responsibilities of a multidisciplinary team, financial management and technology development department.
* coordinate the manufacturing support to production teams.
* be responsible of the first article inspection and improvement projects.
* define and control the processes that link the department with external stakeholders and ensure you provide excellent customer service.
* support initiatives related to the deployment of operational excellence in your department.
requirements
* bachelor’s degree or mba, or a college diploma with +8 years of experience working in an aerospace industry.
* excellent management skills.
* good judgment, flexibility, results orientation, ability to work under minimum supervision and observe tight delivery deadlines.
* resourceful and ready to work in a winning team.
* affinities in communication and leadership, with strong organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge.
* advanced level of english that allows you to speak in meetings or technical conversations.
