Job Title: Administrative Intern

Belcan México is seeking an Administrative Intern to support day-to-day operations across HR, facilities/security coordination, and general administration in a highly technical environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple business support functions and is idóneo for students seeking practical experience while completing their degree.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate security/orientation/welcome trainings.
* Maintain digital and hard-copy records (including safety/security documentation) with high
accuracy.
* Perform clerical tasks (typing, scanning, filing) and data entry for structured databases and forms.
* Support onboarding logistics for new hires (documentation, checklists, scheduling).
* Maintain employee files in accordance with policy and data-privacy requirements.
* Assist with employee engagement events (planning, setup, communications).
* Process visitor requests and support facility access monitoring.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor"s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and accurate data entry.
* Familiarity with entering data into structured forms or database fields.
* Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
* Clear written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) - intermediate or higher proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience with document control or HRIS tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Google Drive, HR platforms).
* Knowledge of basic accounting/clerical support (invoicing, receipts, reimbursements).
