We’re not just managing properties, we’re building communities, one relationship at a time.as a community association manager, you will be working on the following activities:- the fully remote community manager supports either a portfolio of financial only accounts or smaller client accounts where meetings can be attended virtually. - oversees all matters related to the function of a community, i.e., maintenance, vendor follow-up, and client interface. - act as a liaison between the board of directors and residents in the execution of the established policies and the conveyance of resident requests and grievances. - provide fiscal management, including but not limited to reviewing and approving invoices, coordinating tax preparation, coordinating reserve studies, and reviewing completed financial statements for accuracy. - prepare for and attend association meetings, including but not limited to: annual, turnover, and board. - prepare board meeting packets, agendas, minutes, and action lists in accordance with company policy. - supervise elections and other procedural tasks on behalf of the hoa. - maintain current knowledge of governing documents, applicable state statutes, and local ordinances that apply to each assigned community. - work independently, with little oversight, and with accountability to management for the end result achieved.schedule: regular monday to friday, 10:00 to 19:00 mexico city time.daylight savings monday to friday, 09:00 to 18:00 mexico city time. *this position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in cdmx or gdl on the first day (expenses are covered by yourself)* we offer - remote work. - work stability. - computer equipment (laptop, monitor, and headset). - christmas bonus of 30 days (aguinaldo). - 25% vacation bonus - imss. - major medical insurance since day 1. After the 3-month probation contract, we add the following: - minor medical insurance - food vouchers (10% of the gross salary monthly). - restaurant tickets (~$2,050 mxn. monthly) - saving fund (8% of the gross salary). - life insurance*only english resumes will be considered*requirements:- ability to read association rules, documents, and system criteria. - ability to write in english to facilitate client communication. Must have strong native-level english speaking skills verbally. - multitasking. - experience with budget planning and control - prior experience (property manager, facilities coordinator, etc) - experience required (hoa, hospitality, accounts payable, etc.): hoa or hospitality preferred- availability to attend after-hour meetings j-18808-ljbffr
