Key responsibilities operational execution full development of event proposals tailored to mexico market lead and oversee projects during rfp phases and proposal development at all levels build and manage a network of freelancers and stakeholders to support different phases of the business when internal resources are insufficient. Sales & business development achieve an annual revenue target of $2 million usd within year 1, as well as targets set for each fiscal year ensure at least three active client accounts are added to our client's portfolio each fiscal year, with real revenue contribution, including at least one key new account annually. Interaction with headquarters collaborate remotely with our client's headquarters in madrid provide monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports successfully adapt to different cultural environments.
