Responsibilities:
* prospecting, detecting and identifying business opportunities, developing the customer portfolio and relationships with potential customers
* proactive development and implementation of direct sales measures to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals of the sales team
* actively promote and develop existing and new customers through individual development activities
* interface and coordination with the entire sales team
* generate customer loyalty by maintaining good relationship with customers throughout the contractual period
* targeted and constant forecasting business opportunities according to pipeline and sales figures about potential customers
requirements:
* bachelor's degree and/or above
* minimum 5-year professional experience in direct sales and new customer business
* solid social connections and contacts in medium-sized as well as large multinational companies
* solid telecommunication skills and/or knowledge in selling cross boarder connectivities (ip transit, iepl, mpls etc.), cloud service, data centre, etc.
* self-motivated team player with customer- and result-oriented working attitude.
* profound english and spanish language skills.
* travel flexibility
