Job description
we are seeking an experienced compensation and benefits professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing compensation packages, benefits programs, and talent management systems.
responsibilities:
- compensation package management: design and implement compensation packages that align with the company's strategic plan and ensure salaries and benefits comply with internal range established and regional market trends.
- benefit administration: manage benefit programs, including payroll and employee benefits administration, to meet the needs of employees and promote employee engagement and motivation.
- talent management: develop and monitor dashboards, metrics, automated data feeds, and reporting to track compensation and benefits benchmarking data, prevailing pay rates, and competitive compensation plans.
- hris management: update human resources information systems, including system modules - compensation, benefits, open enrollment, life events, recruiting, onboarding, talent management, etc.
requirements:
- bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field, master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years in hris management
- 2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
- automotive industry or related industry a plus
- working understanding of talent management systems
