Tax accountant coordinator about the role atbyd mexico, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactivetax accountant coordinatorto join our finance team. This role will be responsible for ensuring full tax compliance, supporting reporting processes, and coordinating direct and indirect tax obligations in accordance with mexican regulations and corporate policies.key responsibilities ensure timely and accurate compliance withfederal, state, and local tax obligationsin mexico. Prepare, review, and coordinatemonthly and annual tax filings, including vat (iva), isr, withholding taxes, and local payroll taxes. Monitor and reconcile tax accounts within the erp system to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Supporttax audits, sat requirements, and information requestsfrom tax authorities. Coordinate the preparation and review ofelectronic invoices (cfdi)and tax documentation. Work closely with accounting, payroll, ap, and ar teams to ensure tax compliance across transactions. Supporttax planning initiatives, risk assessments, and process improvements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes inmexican tax legislation and compliance requirements. Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors as required. Prepare tax reports, reconciliations, and management presentations for leadership review.requirements bachelor's degree inaccounting. Desirable complementary formation in taxes. Minimum 7 years of experiencein tax compliance, tax accounting, 3 of them in a tax coordination role. Lower or different experience will be not consider. Advanced english proficiencyis a must, this position reports directly to a global team. Strong knowledge ofmexican tax regulations, including isr, iva, cfdi, sat requirements, and local taxes.
