Job Title: Account Manager Project Lead

Location: Monterrey Mexico

Full-time Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the deployment of our Integral Business Platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring a team to successfully complete the program deployment.

This role involves close collaboration with client regional leadership and Global Functions in a fast-paced environment ensuring all elements of the plan are integrated seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a cross-functional team to deploy the platform for a CPG client.
- Develop policies and ways of working for the team to ensure seamless deployment.
- Manage client stakeholders, including program managers and market leaders.
- Resolve issues and make decisions to support program delivery.
- Candidate should have ability to interview and hire new profiles.
- Identify and manage risks related to performance, behavior, or motivational issues.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, Payroll to streamline ways of working with clients.

Requirements:

- Functional Skills: Process-oriented thinking, planning, organization skills, analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Stakeholder Management Skills: Managing different stakeholder groups across Functions and Operating Companies with communication skills.
- Training and Change Management Skills: Conducting trainings, developing training materials, and supporting change to new ways of working.
- Process Improvement Skills: Problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and contributing to process improvements.
- Interpersonal and People Management Skills: Relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

- Managerial experience in a complex international environment leading cross-functional programs.
- Strong understanding and experience working within and implementing complex change projects.
- Demonstrated multicultural experience through international work placements.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop a clear vision for the future of the organization.
- Functional skills: Change Management, organizational transformation, Process-oriented thinking.
