we are seeking a highly experienced and motivated senior business analyst with a strong background in the retail banking domain. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, with a proven track record in requirements gathering, validation, and user acceptance testing (uat). Experience with loan systems and third-party vendor management (e.g., fis, q2) is highly desirable.

should have worked as interface between business teams and technology/engineering teams
strong sql expertise
experience of doing requirements validation / uat
experience of working in loans type applications is an added plus
experience of working in onsite/offshore model
experience in working with third parties and manage third party issue resolution (e.g. Fis, q2 systems and person should be able to drive discussions independently, manage system issues with fis or similar vendors etc)
