mcdonald’s offers an exciting opportunity for a learning & development delivery manager based in our mexico global business services office. You will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to business leaders, driving a virtual learning strategy aligned with the global people strategy and regional business plans. Your role includes managing the delivery of virtual learning programs across the us and canada, supporting new course activation, and ensuring effective training to improve restaurant operations, customer experience, and employee development.
you will lead the us and canada virtual delivery teams, comprising 20 facilitators responsible for executing learning strategies and delivering top-tier programs to leaders at all levels.
the candidate must reside in mexico city, mexico.
responsibilities :
in addition to mcdonald’s policies, key responsibilities include:
* leading the virtual learning delivery team; providing expertise on needs analysis, adult learning theory, virtual learning trends, and analytics.
* partnering with l&d and regional market learning teams.
* creating measurable learning objectives aligned with program needs.
* collaborating with people solutions l&d partners and stakeholders to meet training needs and assess program performance.
* planning and deploying team resources effectively.
* conducting assessments to identify competencies and gaps, and refining programs accordingly.
* supporting business growth and promoting virtual learning effectiveness.
* setting direction with market teams and maintaining training standards.
* communicating learning outcomes and success metrics with partners.
