* monitor and report key hr metrics, including turnover, diversity, and headcount.
* develop executive-level presentations and dashboards using powerpoint and power bi.

* manage the internship program lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding, development, training, and follow-up.
* collaborate with other hr areas to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations during hr processes.
* provide daily hr support to administrative employees across two sites, acting as a subject matter expert in workday and resolving system issues.

qualifications for the role:
* bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
* minimum 5 years of experience in a similar hr generalist or operations role.
* high proficiency in microsoft outlook, powerpoint, and excel, with experience in workday, sap, and power bi preferred.
* strong communication skills in english and spanish, both written and verbal.
* ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
* strong organizational, multitasking skills, and attention to detail, with a proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented mindset.
