* this position entails offering telephonic services for internet products, providing clients with personalized support and ensuring timely resolution of queries.
key responsibilities:
* provide high-quality customer service via phone calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics.
* develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively address client needs.
benefits:
* a competitive salary of 5400 pesos per month, paid biweekly (net).
* commissions in us dollars, paid monthly, which can exceed 7000 pesos per month.
* all statutory benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and workers' compensation, from the first day of employment.
work environment:

* a flexible schedule during training: monday to friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with meals provided.
* a regular working schedule: monday to saturday, 8 am to 7 pm, with one hour for lunch and two breaks.
* vacation time from six months onwards.
