key responsibilities
* maintain appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and stocking of carts.
* deliver guest requests in a timely manner and provide exceptional service to create a memorable guest experience.
* follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
* maintain a professional appearance and uniform.
* move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
qualifications & expectations
guest environment experts must be able to stand, sit or walk for extended periods, work hands‑on and be physically able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. They need to be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality standards.
