About the role
We are looking for an International Export Sales Executive to support the development of global markets and strengthen relationships with international clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing international accounts, and coordinating export operations to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
Location: Atlixco, Puebla (On-site)

Key responsibilities
• Identify and develop new international business opportunities
• Manage and grow relationships with global clients and distributors
• Prepare commercial proposals and export quotations
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract agreements
• Analyze international markets and identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure successful export operations
• Provide follow-up and customer support throughout the sales cycle
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, or related field
• Experience in international sales or export operations
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of export processes and international trade practices
• Experience with INCOTERMS and logistics coordination is a plus
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
• Experience working with international clients or distributors
• Knowledge of additional languages
• Experience in B2B international sales
