As a senior invoicing professional, you will perform key administrative tasks and coordinate daily operations, including data entry, ramp activities, sorting, tracking, shipping, and customer service. While operational tasks are part of these duties, most time is spent on office work.

* managing escalated or more complex problems,
* coordinating team or agency-contracted personnel activities,
* supporting supervisor or manager activities,
* supporting process and procedure design, review, and implementation.
key qualifications include:
* a high school diploma or equivalent,
* two years of college in accounting or business preferred,
