responsibilities
* handle consultations for us vip clients and build long-term relationships with them
* communicate with clients via chat and calls
* provide outstanding vip customer service through our communication channels
* respond to client inquiries
* resolve issues and ensure timely, effective solutions
* maintain and manage the client database
* present and sell the company's products and services
* generate timely reports using the crm system
requirements
* previous experience in customer service roles, preferably with vip or high-value clients, either online or in-person
* prior experience communicating with clients via chat and phone
* technical skills: proficiency in ms office, google services, and crm systems is essential
* english level: advanced c1 fluent
personal qualities required
* at least 6 months of previous sales experience
* ability to multitask, work with kpis, strong teamwork, and results‑driven mindset

* 2/2, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (two days on, two days off)
