Sales manager opportunity – b2b connectivity & fiber solutions
100% remote | mexico-based contractor | us pacific time (pst) hours
a premier at&t authorized service provider, is scaling its outbound b2b sales operation — and we're looking for a data-driven, high-accountability sales manager to lead the charge.
this is not a personal quota-carrying role. You are the tactical engine of the team. You own pipeline health, rep performance, and revenue execution.
what you'll own:
lead and coach a team of 6–10 outbound sales representatives selling at&t fiber, internet, and voip solutions to smb and mid-market businesses
own team quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy — reporting directly to the vp of sales
drive a high-volume outbound environment (reps are expected to run 150–200 calls/day) while keeping quality and rep morale high
run structured call coaching, 1:1s, and pipeline reviews to develop reps from average to top performers
step into complex deals and negotiations as a strategic partner — supporting, not stealing
maintain crm discipline, reporting accuracy, and process adherence across the team
what we're looking for:
5+ years of b2b sales experience, including sales leadership
proven track record leading outbound teams with high call volume and consistent quota delivery
background in telecom, connectivity, or fiber solutions strongly preferred
you think in metrics — conversion rates, pipeline coverage, ramp times, deal velocity
strong coaching instincts — you know how to move a rep without taking over
executive presence and confident communicator
full legal eligibility to work in mexico
