you will:
- support and partner with the senior people lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned
- partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance
- leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy.
inform and update people services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in market
- lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions
- build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence
- manage works council relations and provide guidance to hr to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements

- ensure the implementation of labor reforms by evaluating the impacts and developing mitigation plans.
- ensure a cordial and respectful relationship with union leaders, delegates from all msc having at least a bimonthly session with union leaders and a monthly session with the committee or union representatives of each plant or cedis (virtual or face-to-face)
- develop and implement 4 labor relations management indicators for each site and consolidate them in order to have in one page an overview of the management.
- establish monthly follow-up meetings with each site including the people function responsible, and the union delegate documented in working minutes.
- ensure compliance with the collective bargaining agreement for each site
- ensure and support compliance with the rit of each site; as well as ensure its update and revision every 4 years.
- support the establishment and follow up of the correct functioning of the joint commissions established in the lft.
- establish controls by site to identify that the work environment is adequate between the union representation and the members of each lt.
- ensure the implementation of the overall msm labor relations strategy in msc.
- support and strategic support with the salary and contract negotiations of each cct.
- support in labor terminations to avoid labor contingencies (lawsuits).
- follow up on hr related matters investigations with people lead to ensure closure and objective disciplinary actions.
- develop and implement labor audit processes in order to ensure compliance with general working conditions, document compliance at the individual and collective level.
