qualifications
no previous experience in the position required.
a genuine passion for service and direct interaction with guests.
strong problem-solving skills, active listening, empathy, and genuine care.
fluent english communication skills.
full schedule availability (including rotating shifts and days off).
ideally (but not required), a bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related technical field.
