lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams in planning, logistics, and warehousing.implement and leverage digital tools such as enterprise resource planning, warehouse management systems, and transportation management systems for process optimization.drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve delivery performance, and enhance sustainability.required skills and qualificationseducation: bachelor's or master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.experience: minimum of 5+ years in planning and logistics management, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries.proven expertise with:warehouse management systemsenterprise resource planning (sap, oracle, microsoft dynamics)transportation management systemsstrong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.advanced english proficiency (spoken and written).
