Identify, develop, and secure new clients within assigned regions, building strong, long-lasting relationships to maximize solution sales and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.organize and execute localized marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.exceeding sales targets: consistently surpass sales targets through strategic planning, effective execution, proactive account management, and ensuring wiseasy's solutions align with market needs and achieve strong product-market fit .client engagement: lead engagement with existing and potential clients and stakeholders, including owners, partners, banks, government bodies, etc., bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, engineering, or a related field.minimum of 3 years of demonstrable b2b sales experience within the fintech, payments, pos, odm, oem, saas, isv, or psp industry .proven experience working effectively in cross-functional and culturally diverse teams within a global organization.excellent proficiency in spanish is a must .proficiency in either english and/or mandarin is a must.
