Telecom operations expert role
as a telecom operations specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our telecommunications network. This is an exceptional opportunity to utilize your expertise and contribute to the success of our organization.
the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in telecom operations and maintenance, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in field operation. You will be responsible for gathering insights into our intelligent operation and maintenance business, exploring customer pain points, and analyzing network scanning and basic information construction.
you will design scenario-based solutions, prepare clear presentation materials, and communicate effectively with cxo-level clients. Additionally, you will align internal goals with customer kpis and pain points, maintain strong customer relationships, and cross-functional coordination.
you will provide high-level advice about our services to other countries' teams around latam, act as a senior business consultant, and understand the whole picture from customer side and huawei services.
key requirements:
* a minimum of 8 years of experience in field operation with telecom.
* a minimum of 5 years of optimization & planning experience for gsm and gprs or umts.
* a minimum of 3 years with vendors (ericsson, nokia, huawei, alu, liberty, claro, c&w, etc.).
* an understanding of telecom network operations & maintenance processes, organizational structures, and architecture.
* experience in managed services, intelligent operations and maintenance solutions, and noc/flm delivery.
* excellent knowledge of the field of 3g/4g/5g radio communication and optimization, and fixed services (fttx).
